A scribble on a napkin, a school drawing, a masterpiece off the fridge. Snap a photo in good light and upload it when you order.
STEP 02
Approve your preview
We email a free preview within 3–5 working days. Nothing is made until you say yes.
STEP 03
We make your pendant
We trace every line with care. Nothing smoothed, nothing corrected. About 15–20 working days.
STEP 04
It arrives, ready to wear
Boxed and tracked to your door, usually within 5–10 working days.

Before you send anything
A few questions people ask first
Will it really look like my child's drawing?
Yes. We trace the exact lines, shapes and colours from your photo - nothing is smoothed out or redrawn to look "neater."
What if the drawing is faint, or in pencil?
Send it anyway. We can strengthen faint lines when we prepare your preview, and you'll see it before anything is made.
Can I see it before it's made?
Yes. Every order includes a free preview by email, and we don't start making until you approve it.
